Returns Policy

Returns Eligibility

I accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
  • Custom or personalised items (including bespoke ceramics or prints) are non-refundable, unless damaged or defective.

    Faulty or Damaged Items

    1. Notify me at johnmolesworthstudio@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
    2. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of:
      • The item.
      • The packaging.
      1. I’ll arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund, including return shipping costs where applicable.

      Refunds

      • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
      • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

      Return Shipping Costs

      • For returns due to change of mind, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
      • For faulty or damaged items, we will cover return shipping costs.

      Exchanges

      • At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please place a new order.

      Non-Returnable Items

      The following items cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged:

      • Custom or personalised items.
