Returns Eligibility
I accept returns under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
- Custom or personalised items (including bespoke ceramics or prints) are non-refundable, unless damaged or defective.
Faulty or Damaged Items
- Notify me at johnmolesworthstudio@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of:
- The item.
- The packaging.
- I’ll arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund, including return shipping costs where applicable.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Return Shipping Costs
- For returns due to change of mind, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
- For faulty or damaged items, we will cover return shipping costs.
Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please place a new order.

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged:
